This issue occurs because Outlook Web App uses a different mechanism to calculate week numbers. This check box is located under the Display options heading in the Calendar tab of the Outlook Options dialog box. For example, in the English version of Outlook Web App, the first week in 2013 is numbered "2." However, in the English version of Microsoft Outlook 2010, the first week in 2013 is numbered "1." In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment, the week numbers that are displayed in the Outlook Web App calendar do not match the week numbers that are displayed in the Microsoft Outlook calendar.
